Blocks and sheets We offer a wide range of blocks in various densities from 10kg / m3 to over 30kg / m3, the block sizes start from our standard 8' x 4' x 2' to 12' &16 feet tall. Expanded polystyrene sheets are hot wire cut from these blocks and various sizes are held in stock or cut to your exact requirements. Spheres A large range of standard polystyrene spheres are available from stock from 12mm to 300mm in diameter. Hot wire cut / hand made and sanded spheres from 300mm in diameter can be made to order (colours to suit). Lettering Polystryrene lettering, numbers and company logo's are ideal for exhibition stands and display panels. Any font can be made and pantone colours to suit your requirments. Paint and Flocking In addition to shape construction, we can paint or flock if required to suit your needs.
